Your home insurance is provided by Legal & General and you will have either our Protect or Protect Plus policy. You can view your policy documents below. Use the start of your policy number to select the correct document. You can also find out how to contact us and how you can make a claim.

Mid-term adjustments

Lines are open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 6pm Friday, and 9am to 1pm Saturday.

  • report the incident to the police (if applicable)
  • check whether you're covered (see the policy documents above)
  • gather information including the policy number, date and time of loss or damage, and the police loss report number or crime number (if applicable).
