Did you know we have a panel of over 19,000 members sharing their views and making a real difference to the way we do things? And we don’t want to stop there.

We want to develop products, services, and initiatives to help our communities, that meet your needs and expectations both now and in the future. And we believe there’s no one better to tell us how to do that, than you.

We’re currently looking for new members, and we’d love to hear your voice.

What's involved?

• We’ll be in touch by email to invite you to take part in online surveys and, occasionally, we'll tell you about other types of research that may be of interest to you.
• We’ll only invite you to contribute if we believe it’s a topic relevant to you. There are no strings attached and it’s entirely voluntary.
• We’ll let you know how your feedback has been used and any changes you’ve helped make.

The Panel's impact
