Step 1 - Select an account
Once you are logged in to the app, you then need to select 'Transfer and Pay' from the menu bar at the bottom of the screen and tap on the account you want to withdraw from, then choose withdraw.
You can only use the app to withdraw from savings accounts that have online access.
If for any reason, you cannot withdraw from your savings account, the app will tell you why.
Step 2 - Select where your withdrawal will go
Choose whether you want to withdraw your money to one of your other Skipton accounts, or to your previously nominated external bank or building society account.
If you choose a Skipton account, select the one you want to move money into and enter the amount and date you want it to go in.
If you are wanting to withdraw to an external account, you'll need to have already entered your nominated bank details on Skipton Online. Once you have done that, you'll be able to make future withdrawals to your nominated account using the app.
Step 3 - Review the withdrawal
Once you have checked and confirmed the details are correct, your withdrawal will be complete.
The funds will appear in your selected account. Withdrawals might not show on your account until 5pm the next working day.
